Photo Day

Photo day process

  1. Before we arrive

We request student and staff data so everyone has a name card for photo day. Together, we prepare a timetable that includes sibling photo timing, class order, and locations for individual and group photos.

  2. Morning setup

Our photography team arrives on site at approximately 7.30am to ensure everything is prepared for the beginning of the day. Depending on the agreed location, there can be portrait backdrops, group backdrops and staging to erect, as well as setting up photography equipment.

  3. Class and group photos

Class and group photos can be taken outdoors in a suitable area or indoors in a hall-style space using our staging and backdrop.

  4. Portraits and siblings

Students are photographed in a relaxed, organised, and professional way. We focus on helping each student feel at ease so we can capture their natural smile.

  5. Post-production

After your photo day, we edit the images, prepare order cards for families, and load content onto the Heritage Hub so your school staff can access photos.
